We can provide that catalyst and the innovatory ideas. For example we have:

Staff Training

Arethusa Projects runs training sessions, workshops, lecture and other events to help you implement any strategies and policies that you wish to embed within your organisation. Our presentations are innovative and exciting and are designed to engage and motivate the audience.

These sessions might result from the outcomes of previous development consultation activities with Arethusa Projects, or as one off sessions. For example:

In Higher Education we have:

Devised week long institution-wide lecture and work shop sessions to introduce the concept of the flexible credit-based curriculum to all college staff.Introduced university staff to the responsive negotiated curriculum designed:

  - to meet business and industry HE customer needs

  - to facilitate new ways of delivering the curriculum and its assessment.

In Further Education we have:

Undertaken one–off workshops to support academic staff and management in their preparations to deliver Higher Education programmes in a Further Education context.Introduced an effective focus on quality assurance and enhancement.
